Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be indoors!
During the day, the weather in San Francisco should be around 70-75 degrees, but will get chilly at night. The reception banquet will be indoors, but there are nice bay views right outside. If you like to take a walk outside, please bring some warm layers for the evening. ;)
Our ceremony site is located right off of Highway 280 at the exit of Black Mountain Road/Hayne Road. After exiting, there will be a three-way intersection with a brown sign that says "Fairview Wedding & Event Center Wedding Ceremony Site" and a silver metal gate located to the left of the sign. Upon arrival, the gate will be open and welcome for guests to enter and park within.
HL Peninsula Garden is located just off the Millbrae Ave exit from I-280 North. As you drive down Millbrae Ave, make a right onto Old Bayshore Hwy and then a left onto Hinckley Rd, where you’ll find the venue on the right, marked by the "HL Peninsula Garden" sign. Parking is available on-site for guests.
For the ceremony at Crystal Springs, there will be parking right near the ceremony site in a dirt lot. For the reception at HL Peninsula Garden, there is plenty of free parking in the parking lot outside the restaurant!
The dress code is cocktail attire.
Yes! We will provide more instructions if you would like to share those pictures back to us as we document our wedding.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM. Please arrive at 2:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating.
